hi Roy

for the avatar you click on your profile and your click on avatar

if you have already chosen an avatar you click on Browse to select it on your PC and saves.

for the signature you need a tinypic , otherwise, it's the same way than for the avatar (profile, signature)

( if I do not make mistakes )
