Yo all, just some little word about this festival.
It's in my own city (just near
) and like all year, I participate in this festival because I airconditioned rooms.
I found this link just browsing some website and I was not aware of this contest.
If someone know how to create animated movie, he can try to make one and maybe win the week
.

P.S : It's in french version but it is entirely subtitled in English 
P.S² : I don't know who know the Simpsons but in france, the two people who make the voice about Marge and Homer are the two people that you see in this video
