Tutorial - How to post You Tube videos

There are three ways to post a You Tube video

CREATE A NEW POST

1. Click on new post



Note: if you already have a you tube window open you can go straight to number 6

2. Click on the video button



3. Click on You Tube



4. A You Tube window will open



5. Use the search to find the video you want to post

If you had already found the Video restart the tutorial here

6. Right Click on the URL and click select all to highlight it and then right click again and choose copy

There are 2 places to get the URL

The first place is to the right of the video



The second place is in the address bar up the top



7. Paste the code in the link box



8. Click OK

9. You should see the BBcode written like this



10, Click on send


11. You should now see your Video in your post, like this….




REPLY TO POST

1, Click on Post Reply

QUICK REPLY

This requires a different approach.

1. Find your You Tube Video

2. Right Click on the URL and click select all to highlight it and then right click again and choose copy.

3. Paste the code in the quick reply box



It should look like this

4. Type [youtube] at the beginning



5. At the end type [/youtube]



6. Click on Send



7. You should now see your Video in your post, like this….
