I spoke to him on Monday

The last windows update damaged his windows installation and he had to reformat the hard drive on his PC. Now he is having difficulty setting up his internet service and so can't get online.

I think i got my computer almost back to the way it was lol! just got my sound back a few minutes ago but now my computer does not recognize my second hard drive scratch any ideas geek

my guess is that you need to reload the SCSI or RAID drivers for the 2nd harddrive.

On the first blue screen of the OS install look for a message that says press f6 to load additional SCSI or RAID drivers. You should have a CD with the drivers on that came with your PC.

What's wrong with the old password you had for the shoutbox? It should work even though you reformatted your hdd
